New Management Transition Newsletter
The Board of Directors of Maryland Farms Condominium is pleased to announce that the community has joined forces with Metropolis Condominium Management, Inc. to provide professionalmanagement for the community. The Board has determined that Metropolis' in-house Request for Action (RFA) System © is exactly what Maryland Farms Condominium may need to address community requirements, and also allow a forum for community members to express their observations. Please see the transition newsletter below for more details.

Welcome to the Maryland Farms Condominium Association
Maryland Farms is a three-level garden-type condominium community built in 1965. There are 13 groups of buildings that consist of 545 condominium units (see map below).
The Maryland Farms community offers an array of amenities such as a swimming pool, two tennis courts, two playground areas and a child day care center (for more information visit www.childway.net).
Our community center, which is used for community meetings, may also be rented by residents.
To keep our community safe Maryland Farms also employs off duty police officers that patrol in squad cars and on foot at varying hours of the day and night.
Maryland Farms is close to various major highways, such as the I-495 (Beltway), I-95, Route 295, and I-270. We are approximately 7 miles away from Washington, DC and 20 miles from Baltimore. Access to I-95 is near the intersection of Route 212 (Powder Mill Road/Cherry Hill Road), and we are only 1.5 miles from Route 29 (Columbia Pike) and 2.5 miles from Route 200 (InterCounty Connector). In addition, the bus going to Fort Totten also stops at the Fort Totten Metro station.
